Every Tuesday, Saint George School students gather in our Church, with direct access from our school, for worship at student-led Liturgies. Community service projects are offered at all grade levels as well as religious experiences, services and devotional practices consistent with the Catholic faith. In addition to our structured academics, students have the opportunity to participate in activities that promote friendship, sharing and teach social skills. Saint George School students engage in various physical fitness activities at our on-site playground, multi-purpose activity area known as the “green space,” gymnasium and our well-equipped fitness room.
Saint George School students in the Diocese of Erie receive a well-rounded education in all subject areas. When designing the curriculum, the experienced faculty strives to ensure students are receiving academic excellence, faith development as well as leadership development during their learning experiences. The attendance policy for Saint George School is based on the Pennsylvania School Code. The Wellness Policy for our schools has been written to comply with federal and state requirements and is designed to promote student wellness in the areas of nutrition, physical activity, and physical education.
