In Person:
- Completed Check Donation Form and checks may also be dropped off at The Erie Community Foundation by Monday, August 7, 2023.
- Write a single check for the total amount payable to “The Erie Community Foundation”
By Mail:
- Must be received by Monday, August 7, 2023.
- Complete the Check Donation Form indicating the organization(s) and donation amount(s)
- Write a single check for the total amount payable to “The Erie Community Foundation”
- Mail check and form to The Erie Community Foundation, 459 West 6th Street, Erie, PA 16507
Gift of Stock or IRA via Mail:
- Deadline to initiate the transfer of stock or IRA distribution with your custodian directed to The Erie Community Foundation is Monday, August 7, 2023
- Complete the Check Donation Form indicating the organization(s) and donation amount(s)
- Mail check and completed form to The Erie Community Foundation, 459 West 6th Street, Erie, PA 16507
- The transfer of stock or distribution from your IRA should match the total amount you indicate on your mail-in form
